She was predeceased by: her parents, George Stuard and Arvada Stuard; her husband Frank Hess; her sister Louise Bell; and her brother-in-law Gerald Bell.
She is survived by: her nephews, Rick Parsley (Rayne) of Erin Springs, OK and Larry Parsley (Laurene) of Clay Center, KS; and her niece Ann Talley of Stillwater, OK.
