He is survived by : his wife Jana Hailey; his stepsons, Jay Evans (Sherrie) of Cement and Jody Evans of Edmond; his grandchildren, Stephen, Cortney, Maggie, Bailey, Olivia and Jackson Evans; and also, Jay and Jody. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
