He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Dillard and Ada Dillard (Foster); his wife Marie Dillard (Lee); his son Jeff Dillard; his stepmother Elida Dillard (Elliott); and his siblings, Dick Dillard, Jerry Dillard, Doyle Elliott, Jimmy Elliott, Gary Elliott, Billy Elliott, Freddy Elliott and Peggy Cook.
He is survived by: his sister Kay Thurman (Elliott); his daughter Jill Seelke (Jack Seelke); and his grandchildren, Tanner Dillard, Jaden Dillard (Morgan), Kade Dillard, Mason Seelke, Karlee Seelke, Nicki Dempsey (Seelke), Suni Genn (Seelke), Meyer Dillard, Sidny Hardcastle, Madeleine Genn and Colton Genn. He is also survived by brother/sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
