With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Darleene Edith Hemmerling of Allen, Oklahoma, born in San Bernardino, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 1, 2025 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Harris and Edith Harris; and her daughter Michele Isaac. She is survived by: her siblings, Vernon Harris, Glenn Harris, Ralph Harris, Genevieve Blenkhorn, Nellie May Harris and Patricia Kauffman; her children, Cole Quinton (Faith Hemmerling), Kyle Dion (Trina Hemmerling) and Twyla Renee (Chris Lambe); her husband Iver Hemmerling; her son Elmer Isaac; her grandchildren, Shayleen Saravia (Israel), Trislyn Herrick (Daniel), Taisley Bani (Amear), Kaneesha Hemmerling (Spencer McNamara), Keira Hemmerling, Tinsley Hemmerling, Tayonna Lambe and Keyleia Lambe; her great grandchildren, Davin Herrick, Sienna Herrick, Pedro Saravia, Noah Bani and Elias Bani; and her grandsons, Ketrin Hemmerling, Taegen Isaac, Keegan Isaac, Kade Hemmerling, Brickston Lambe and Derek West.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brumley-Mills Funeral Home (1410 E Carl Albert Pkwy, McAlester, OK 74501). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lakewood Christian Church (840 S George Nigh Expy, McAlester, OK 74501).
