He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward McKerley and Wilma Dean Goforth McKerley; and his brother John David McKerley. He is survived by: his wife Delena Sharon Davis; his daughters, Jaime McKerley of Allen and Andrea Dowell (Kory) of Latta; his sister Wilma Ann French (Don) of Roy, Washington; and his grandchildren, Avyn Johnson, Kinsler Dowell and Emerson McKerley.
