It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Barbara Brown of Altus, Oklahoma, born in Oakhurst, Oklahoma, who passed away at the age of 86, on April 14, 2024. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ed McBride and Faye McBride (Newcomb); her siblings, Jack, Walt, Lillian, Margaret, Frances, Virginia, Betsy and Nancy; her daughter Kimberly Marick; and her great grandchild Rebecca Keeling.

She is survived by : her children, Mike (Kim), Debbie Tobey (Charlie) of Clovis and Christine Thompson (Ed) of Fort Worth, Texas; and her sister Lucy Smith of Sapulpa, Oklahoma. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 12th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Kincannon Funeral Home (3020 N Main St, Altus, OK 73521).

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that tribute donations for Barbara be made to the Alsheimer's Association online, at (800) 272-3900, or by mail at Alzheimer's Association, 3550 South Clark Street, Suite 203, Arlington, VA 22202.
