He is survived by : his sons, Dr. Joe Leverett (Kim) and Brad Leverett (Robin); his grandchildren, Sarah Charbonnet (Cameron) of Dallas Texas, Austin Leverett (Jenny) of Altus, Travis Leverett of Oklahoma City and Holly Roche (Josh) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his great grandchildren, BenRett, Shepherd, Carver Charbonnet, Cooper, Luke Leverett and Leo Roche; his brother Lynn Leverett (Paula) of Abilene; his nieces and nephews, Hersha Evans, Nancy Evans (Mike) of Jupiter, Shelly Jones (Sheldon) of Lemoyne, Tony Austin of Dallas, Jay Leverett (Doris) of Amarillo, Lisa Rhodes (Ed) of Abilene and Chris Leverett (Kelly) of Plano; his cousins, Luene Lane of Canyon and Jo Hickman; and also, Brad and Brenda of Fort Worth, Texas..
