She was predeceased by : her husband Buford Wynn; her parents, Earl Leon Blackburn Sr. and Lillian Loretta Keathley Blackburn of Onalaska, Texas; her brothers, Ronnie Dale Blackburn Sr. of Houston and Earl Leon Blackburn Jr. of Cove, Texas; and her grandmothers, Beatrice Blackburn and Bessie Keathley.
She is survived by : her daughters, Loretta Janeen Rouse, Crystal Louise Rouse of Altus, Oklahoma and Marijuana Bustos of Altus, OK; her grandchildren, Kendall Ryan Rouse of Grand Junction, Calvin Edward Rouse Jackson (Emily Miller Rouse), Dovie Lynn Rouse Jackson of Mangum, Rodger Phillip Ross III of Altus and Jaden Ray Rouse of Altus, Oklahoma; her great grandchild Alexander Ray Rouse; and her sisters, Carrie Mae Blackburn McCaffrey (Joseph) of Crosby and Roberta Louise Blackburn Niehart (Buzz) of Highlands, Texas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
