He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Tipton; his son Randy O'Neal (Lynette); his daughter-in-law Barbara O'Neal; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Todd, Trey, Travis, Jennifer and Amy. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, other family members and friends.
