He is survived by: his wife Vickie L. Hart; his daughters, Rebecca Amber "Becky" Clay (Bradford) and Elizabeth Marie Redd; his grandchildren, James David Glazzard, Nicholas Bradford, Ethan Allen Clay, Sarah Marie Redd and Scott Matthew Farley; and his brother Ronald E. Hart (Debbie). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Van Zandt County Veterans Memorial (1200 S Trade Days Blvd, Canton, TX 75103).
