He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Thornton; his stepchildren, Holly Williams (Bryce) of Jones, Oklahoma and Weston Kelly (Zari) of Henderson, Nevada; his sisters, Judy Kay of Oklahoma City and Jimmye Langford of Houston, Texas; his siblings-in-law, Kip and Nancy Thornton of Friendship, Oklahoma; his nephews, Kelly Kay (Jennifer) of Edmond, Bryan Kay of Houston and Darren Kay (Karen) of Carmel, Indiana; and his close friend Ada Lowell. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
