He is survived by: his wife Jane; his daughters, Mitzi Dickerson (George), Ashleigh Schreiner (Robert), Terri Barnes (Mark) and Anita Cooksey (Bret); and his niece Kerri Walls Perry. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
