He is survived by : his wife Nancy Lewis; his children, David Allan Lewis (Lesa), Darrell Dewayne Lewis (Betty), Darrin Anthony Lewis (Ruth Ann) and Diana Lynn Bruce (James); and his brother Robert "Bob" Lewis. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; as well as a host of other relatives, friends, neighbors.
