She was predeceased by : her parents, D. E. Rhodes and Cordelia Rhodes (Sayres); her husband Charles William Mathes; her children, Marion David Mathes, Louise Ann and Judy Marie; and her daughter-in-law Grace Mathes.

She is survived by : her son John William Mathes of Carmen; her grandsons, Thomas Frank Mathes of Carmen, Michael Dwayne Mathes (Amy) of Mustang and Daniel Eugene Mathes (Amy) of Mustang; and her great grandchildren, Abbigail Clayton of Waynoka, Cheyenne of Mustang, Dakota of Mustang, Austin of Mustang and Alicia of Mustang.

Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Senior Citizen's Center or the Alva Church of God.
