He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Carroll and Ellen Olive Hull (Barber); and his siblings, Jesse "Jack" Hull, Darrel Hull, Della Schutte, Carol Kassik, Chrystal Burt, Dorothy Shepherd and Ruth Downs.

He is survived by: his wife Cindy of Waynoka; his children, Elizabeth Givler (Leroy "Roy") of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and Jesse Hull (Marcia) of Ponca City; his sisters, Eleanor Blain of Sugarland and Emma "Janie" Kanaga of Waynoka; and his grandchildren, Philip Givler, Margaret Givler, Jessica (Jacob Givler) and Declan Hull. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Alva First United Methodist Church or the Oklahoma Conference M & M funds.
