He was predeceased by: his father Eldon Powers; his grandparents, Enos "Budd", Annadean Ridgway, Herschel and Eva Powers; his uncle Verlyn Ridgway; his aunt Janette Ridgway; and his pet Buster.
He is survived by: his mother Bobbie Jene Powers (Ridgway) of Alva; his brother Victor Powers (Carol) of Alva; his aunt Deanna; his uncles, Gene Jackson of Alva, Lynn Ridgway (Julie) of Edmond, Randy Ridgway (Ella) of Enid, Merle Ridgway (Diann) of Alva and Larry Powers (Rena) of Woodward; his cousins, Kevin, Shelly Jackson of Alva, Kayla Jackson, Doug Blakewell of Shawnee, Mindy (Ridgway), Nathan Sager of Balko, Amy (Ridgway), Gary Madison of Enid, Tim, Macy Ridgway of Enid, Chad, Shylah Ridgway of Enid, Natalie (Ridgway), Greg Miller of Alva, Jason Ridgway, Arin Breese (Powers) of Hill City, Adam and Flor Powers of Okinawa, Japan; his pets, Chloe, Maggie, Junior and Sidney; and his close friends, Scott Brown, Chris Lette and Gerald Longhurst. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Marshall Funeral Home of Alva (230 Flynn St, Alva, OK 73717). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Marshall Funeral Home Chapel (230 Flynn St, Alva, OK 73717).
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Creature Concerns.
