He is survived by: his former spouse Jacqualine Reinhart; his wife Lynni Rojean Kassik; his children, Chad (Tara) of Helena and Melyssa; his close friend Jackie Richey II of Woodward; his son Koy Koehn of Dacoma; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Nichole, Sadler Jack and Abery Rae; his siblings, Jeff Greb (Yvonne) of Goltry, Judy Marek of Wichita, Ginger Pitman (Tony) of Waukomis and Vicki Cumpston (Wallace) of Wichita, Kansas; his parents-in-law, Roger and Pauline Kassik of Dacoma; and his sister Dawn Burkes of Dacoma. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, uncles, and aunts.
