He is survived by: his children, Martin Ball (Arnetta) of Marble Falls, Kenneth Cook (Amber) of Bluejacket, Oklahoma, Opal Crouch of Mansfield and Amanda Whipple (Alan) of Waynoka, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Elmer Ely Cook (Linda) of Lowry City, Missouri and Myrtle Ayers of Blue Springs, Missouri. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and eleven great-great-grandchildren.
