She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Bentley and Beulah Bentley (Burch); her son Steven Ray (Kay); her grandson Heath Tomberlin; and her great grandchild Kevin McCay Tomberlin (Stone).
She is survived by: her husband Billy Ray of Alva; her sister Betty Cordum of Elk City; her daughter Machelle Wilson (David) of Tulsa; her grandchildren, Chad Tomberlin (Jennifer), Joshua Tomberlin (Cindy), Ryne Wilson (Shannon), Evan Wilson, Brooks Wilson (Kaitlyn) and Brady Wilson; and her great grandchildren, Steven Jack Tomberlin, Jacob Summers, Anthony Summers, Blaine Tomberlin (Alissa), Bentley Tomberlin (Tiana), Cash Tomberlin, Cody Tomberlin, Baker Wilson, Bridger Wilson, Evangeline Wilson, Briggston Wilson, Braylon Wilson and Brushton Wilson. She is also survived by seven great great grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
