He is survived by : his wife Leesa Jo King of Alva; his daughter Samantha Hawley of Alva; his siblings, Michael Hawley (Amber) of Woodward and Crystal Maul of Waynoka; his niece Caitlin Hawley; his niece Dusti Maul (Jeremy); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nicki, Kaos, Jaeger, Chelsea Maul (Jadon Jones) and Christina Maul; and also, Avery Hawley and Aniah. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
