He is survived by: his sister Estella Hodges of Forgan; his children, Jimmy Allen (Kandice) of Alva, Tim Allen (Kyndra) of Laverne and Jackie Simon (Steve) of Enid; and his stepdaughter Rene Verhaert of Texas. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and many dear friends.
