He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Chester and Florence Miranda Percival (Mackey); his wife Donna Jo Hiskett; his brothers, Chester Percival and Neal Percival; and his sisters-in-law, Pat Percival and Peggy Percival.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Wampler (Charles) of Kremlin and Lisa Sweetwood (Jay) of Carrier; his brother Bill Percival of Hayes, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Kristen Killen (Jeremy) of Enid, Justin Wampler (Shelly) of Loveland, Austin Zoch of Kremlin, Brenton Wampler (Tomi) of Hillsdale, Kylin Wampler of Kremlin, Miranda Hurlbutt (Greg) of Stillwater, Tanner Sweetwood (Emily) of Enid and Kendra Wire (Russell) of Pond Creek. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation for heart or diabetes research.
