We announce the death of Marlyn Jo Stallings of Alva, Oklahoma, born in Stafford, Kansas, who passed away on July 10, 2026, at the age of 75. Marlyn will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Herbert and Cleta McComb (Herrell); her husband James Kelley Stallings of Alva; her brothers, Sammy Rae McComb (Sam) and Charles Herbert McComb (Charlie); James Kelley Stallings, Jr. (Jimmy).
She is survived by: her daughter Wendi Jo Stiggins Macey (Thomas) of Oklahoma City; her sister Nancy Jane Girard of Wichita; her stepsons, Chris Stallings (Dhonne) of Rowlett and Mark Stallings (Dusti) of Kremlin; her grandchildren, William Macey (Meghan) of Commerce City and Chloe Macey of Oklahoma City; and her great grandchild Sutton Ann Macey of Commerce City, Colorado. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other family relatives, and many, many friends.
Memorial contributions can be made through the funeral home to the American Lung Association for COPD and lung research.
