She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Stout and Faye Stout; her husband Bill Brunsteter; and her siblings, Leslie Stout, Ralph Stout, Bill Stout and Doris Francis.

She is survived by : her daughter Jane Hood (Ken) of Dallas; her grandsons, Bryant of Carrollton and Brett (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Ethyn and Kynsley of McKinney, Texas; her son Grant Brunsteter (Paula) of Flower Mound; her grandchildren, Nicholas of Little Elm and Katie Meek (Garrett) of Lewisville, Texas; her sisters, Barbara DeMint of Hazelton and Donna Shroyer (Gary) of Sterling; and her sister-in-law Marybeth Glass (Ike) of Stillwater Oklahoma. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Bill and Phyllis Brunsteter Scholarship at Northwestern Oklahoma State University, Alva campus.
