He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alvin Cook and Myrtle Joyner; his former wife Christine; and his son David. He is survived by: his wife Goldie; his sister Thelma Wright of Norman Oklahoma; his son Howard Cook (Karen) of Chickasha; and his grandchildren, Shannon Cook of Oklahoma City, Tamara Balcer of Miamisburg Ohio, Serena Cook and Lauren Niederhauser of North Pole. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
