She was predeceased by: her parents, Budd Sturgeon and Pearl Turner Sturgeon; and her sister Marcia Swart (Larry). She is survived by: her children, Rhesa Patterson Funk (Evan) and Bud Neal Patterson (Debbie); her husband Coy Patterson; her grandchildren, Coy Dale Funk (Skylar) and Chloe Patterson; her stepgrandchildren, Shane Funk (Stephanie), Clay Funk (Katie) and Chris Funk (Charity); her caregivers, Gladys Morris, Abby Turner-Crews, Emily Young and Tammy Longest; Remington Pearl.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ames Baptist Church (101 E Cleo, Ames, OK 73718). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
