She is survived by: her mother Lillie Mae Gunn; her sons, Wayne Edward Johnson and Jonathan Lamar Johnson; and her grandchildren, Somier Harris, Crystal Johnson, Britney Johnson Supernaw, LaDana Johnson, Kayla Johnson Purdy, Gina Dolch, Jaryn Johnson, Jessica Johnson, Jaliah Johnson, Shia Johnson, Kali Johnson and Jayzlynn Johnson.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Memory Lane Cemetery (2324 S Mission St, Anadarko, OK 73005).
