He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Hobbs (Brian) and Justin Lee Franklin; his siblings, Cheryl Anderson (DeRoyce), Joe Franklin (Belinda), Jerry Franklin (Linda) and Dail Franklin; and his grandchildren, Landan, Rylie, Zoey Valencia and Jaxon.
