He is survived by: his sister Arline West of Hinton; his nephew Bryan West; his niece Brenda Murphy of Hinton; his great-niece Alecia Shelton (Josh); his nieces, Kyson, Kase, Taver and Tinzlee; his brother Gerald Lewis of Oregon; his nieces, Lorraine of California and Valerie of Texas; his brother Lairie Lewis (Karlyn) of Colorado; and his nieces and nephews, Kim of California, Tiffany of South Dakota and Melissa of Colorado.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hinton Cemetery (1301 Marion Ave, Hinton, OK 73047).
