He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Sparkman and Ruth Sparkman; his brothers, Doug and Tommy Sparkman; and his sister-in-law Sandra Jo Sparkman.
He is survived by: his wife Penny Sparkman; his brother Terry Sparkman of Cyril; his stepchildren, Richard Asenap (Alethea) of Albuquerque, N. M., Jon Asenap (Yvette) of Albuquerque, N. M., Keelie Timmons (Tim) of Purcell, Kelly Ginter (April) of Duncan and Tracie Asenape of Las Vegas, Nev.; and his sister-in-law Shelly Sparkman of Anadarko.
A memorial service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
