He was predeceased by: his parents, Crowley Evans and Wanda Smith Evans; his significant other Peggy Jo Peppers; and his brother John Evans. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Gutierrez of Moore, Oklahoma and Damon Evans (Kathy) of Anadarko, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Ricardo, Ashlee Gutierrez of Carnegie, Oklahoma, Dane, Nikki Evans of San Marcos, Texas, Gabriela Gutierrez of Moore and Kacee Evans of Chickasha, Oklahoma; his great grandchildren, Aniyah Jo and Ricardo Estevan; his grandchildren, Ivy Lehua Evans and Mackenzie Kahi'i Evans of San Marcos, Texas; his nephew Jeremy (NoraLee Evans); and his brother-in-law Doyle McLemore of Anadarko.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Landes Family Life Center United Methodist Church (202 S W Oklahoma Ave, Anadarko, OK 73005).
