She was predeceased by: her parents, H. B. Smith and Opal Velma Dean Smith (Roberts); her husband Stan Fraley; and her sisters, Joan Fuller, Berniece Dennis and Cleo Gerald.

She is survived by: her children, Chad Smith (Jennifer) of Gilman, Wisconsin and DeRette Smith (Roger) of Arpelar; and her sister Nancy Cox of Monahans, Texas. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
