She is survived by: her husband Travis Eubanks of Antlers, OK; her children, Adrian Padilla of Holbrook, AZ, Michelle Sample of Holbrook, AZ and Crystal Eubanks of Wapanucka, OK; her siblings, Jerome Cullison, Kathy Jordan of Farmington, NM, Cindy Cullison of Holbrook, AZ and Teresa Ford of Farmington, NM; and her grandchildren, Daymion Chapman, Devin Chapman, Alexander Deal, Kaleb Eubanks, Jordyn Padilla, Joey Padilla, Peyton Sample, Pyper Sample, Nevaeh Eubanks and Kynzlie Hilburn.
