He is survived by: his sons, Branden Billy and Dyllan Billy (Megan); his grandchildren, Lauren Billy, Dustin Billy, Austin Billy, Mckynzi Billy, Noah Billy, Bellamy Billy and Leah Billy; and his siblings, Jo Ellen (Carey Scroggins), David (Brookie Billy), Sol Billy Jr. of Rattan, OK, Camilla Day of Rattan, OK, Neil (Stormie Billy), Justin (Gina Billy), Michael Billy of Rattan, OK, Jerry (Kelly Thomas) and Yvonne Mogross (Thomas Terrel) of Paris, TX.
