He was predeceased by: his parents, William Eli and Ollie Smith (Bloyd); his brother Christopher Smith; and his former wife Penny Burton. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Smith of Cloudy, OK; his daughters, Jammey Howard (Chris) of Lone Grove, OK, Cybil Cavalieri (Vince) of Almira Township, Ashley Smith Cooper (Eric Cooper) of Cloudy, OK, Rachel Smith of Cloudy, OK and Angelica Smith (Dalton King) of Ft. Towson, OK; his grandchildren, Rigen Howard, Travis Smith Cooper, Noah Smith Cooper, Vera Weaver and Jasmine Smith Cooper; his great grandchild Louis Howard; and his siblings, Walker Smith, Wallace Smith (Wally), Sheila Salee, Margaret Jones and Delilah Smith Vansickle. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
