She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Myers and Randlett Myers; her husband Jamie; and her children, Karen Taylor and Jamie Don Putnam.
She is survived by: her siblings, Deana, Randlett Jr., Barbara, Sally, Jim and Jane Payne; her children, Kathy Goodman (David), Karla Schooley and David Putnam (Kristi); her stepdaughter Pat Pacheco (Jerry); and her grandchildren, Amy, Alex, Andrew, Kathrine (Kathy), Leah, Ashly, Aaron (Karen Taylor), Kolby, Kolton (Karla Schooley), Tristan, Baylee, Jamie, Justin, Ashley, Blake, David, Kristi, Andrea, Sarah and Matt (Pat).
A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Apache First United Methodist Church (120 Forrest St, Apache, OK 73006).
