As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Gail may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Jones and Dorothy Jones (Fariss); his nephew William Shawn Whorton; and his brother-in-law William Don Whorton (Bill). He is survived by: his sister Helen Jones King (Jimmy); his niece Shellie Thornton (Curtis); and his great-nephews, Collin Thornton (Karissa) and Garrett Thornton.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to charities of choice.
