Milligan, III; nieces and nephews: Billy Milligan, Angela Milligan, Stacey Milligan, Lindsey Milligan, and Rebecca Milligan; great nieces and nephews: Madison Milligan, Jordan Renegar, Zoey Milligan, Justice Mullins, and Connor Milligan; great great niece: Teagan Renegar; officiant: Rev. Matt Kelly; and many aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Letitia Cemetery.
