She was predeceased by: her mothers, Joy Shockley and Bessie Shockley; her husband Mitchell L. Fowler; her siblings, Odis Shockley, Lonnie Shockley, Kenneth Shockley, Billy Shockley, Dorthy Shockley, Norma Ellet, Delma Hancock and Mary Lou Shockley; and her daughters-in-law, Sharon Fowler and Louise Fowler.
She is survived by: her sister Deloris Ginther (Bob) of Lee Summit, MO; her sister-in-law Olean Shockley of Oklahoma City; her children, Loyd Eugene Fowler of Apache, Glenn Ray Fowler of Duncan, LaDonna Sue Moser (Mike) of Apache and Derrell Alan Fowler (Valerie) of Tecumseh, OK; and her grandchildren, Kenneth, Carmella Fowler, Diana Carson, Joni, Dustin Ware, Brandon, Connie Fowler, Sherri, David Burke, Lana, Donald Stamper, Dana Moser, Lonnie Fowler and Clint Fowler. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, great-great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Crews Funeral Home (122 Floyd Ave, Apache, OK 73006). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church - Apache (307 Franklin Ave, Apache, OK 73006). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery.
