He is survived by: his wife Christi Franklin; his daughters, Preslea Franklin and McCartney Franklin of Apache, Oklahoma; his grandson Cole Parker Smith of Apache, Oklahoma; his sister Rita; his siblings-in-law, Bill Isom of Stecker, Oklahoma and Kathi Price of New Paris, Pennsylvania; his fathers-in-law, Rick McNeill of Apache, Oklahoma and Mark Ferrell of Apache, Oklahoma; and his aunt Gina McNeill of Snyder, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
