He is survived by: his significant other Kathy Nickel; his daughter Kelsey Jo; his son-in-law Joe Jones; his sons, Chizum Hale (Marlee) and Ty Hale; his stepdaughters, Wayna Biggs and Shayna Nickel; his grandchildren, Brayden Biggs, Everliee Kennedy, Zane Hale, Memphis Hale, Hali Hale, Swayde Hale, Taos Hale and Asa Espinoza; his siblings, Cindy Moser (Trent), Pollyanna Bruce (Brack) and Craig Hale (Paula); his siblings' children, Toni Meier, Charlie Hale (Mary), Justin Cowin (Brittany), Devon, Jozey Miller and Jake Moser; and his friend Steve Sullivan.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cowboy Church of Apache (15513 US-62, Apache, OK 73006).
