It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Denver Waltrip of Arapaho, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 27, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Duwayne Waltrip (Trigger) and Verna Waltrip; his grandparents, Walter, Hester Waltrip, Otto and Pearl Parr; his brother Jerry; his sister-in-law Jacqui Waltrip; his parents-in-law, Rueben and Ella Rose; and his son-in-law Kent Powell.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Waltrip; his daughters, Tamara Powell (Jim Price) of Cordell, DeAnn Sawyer of Arapaho and Sheri Mahanay (Clint) of Clinton; his grandchildren, Dasha Majors (Aaron) of Hinton, Daci Craig (Oscar) of Elk City, Marly Lustfield (Zach) of Clinton, Drew Mahanay of Yukon, Holden Everett Powell (Kiya) of Arapaho and Hudson Powell of Weatherford; his great grandchildren, Saylor Powell, Lakyn Powell and Jack Denver Lustfield; and his friend Danny Kisinger.
