She is survived by: her husband Clifford Sam Jr.; and her children, Jeryme Sam of Oklahoma City, Wendell Tongkeamah of Oklahoma City, Cedar Sam of Oklahoma City, Haa of Oklahoma City and Nashon Sierra Brook-Sam of Oklahoma City. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
