With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vickie Ann (Baumgartner) Baxter of Arapaho, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 21, 2025 at the age of 66. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Baumgartner and Helen Baumgartner (Fawver); and her in-laws, Howard and Ruby Baxter. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Baxter; her daughters, Lacee Martin (Scott) of Clinton and Ashley Arres (Aaron) of Oklahoma City; her sister Cathy Harrelson (Brian) of El Reno; her grandchildren, Acelyn and Aden Arres; her adoreds, Shih Tzu and Sasha; Jeri Gray (Kirk).
