Vickie Ann (Baumgartner) Baxter Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vickie Ann (Baumgartner) Baxter of Arapaho, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 21, 2025 at the age of 66. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Baumgartner and Helen Baumgartner (Fawver); and her in-laws, Howard and Ruby Baxter. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Baxter; her daughters, Lacee Martin (Scott) of Clinton and Ashley Arres (Aaron) of Oklahoma City; her sister Cathy Harrelson (Brian) of El Reno; her grandchildren, Acelyn and Aden Arres; her adoreds, Shih Tzu and Sasha; and also Jeri Gray (Kirk).
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home (2500 W Modelle Ave, Clinton, OK 73601). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (900 Frisco Ave, Clinton, OK 73601). A burial will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Arapaho Cemetery E.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Vickie's name to the Arapaho Public Schools, Special Education Program, PO Box 160, Arapaho, OK 73620.
