With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Adrian Glen Melton (Ardmore, Oklahoma), who passed away on December 6, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Adrian leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Adrian may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Houston Melton (Eula Airington Melton) and Okla; his wife Patricia Melton; and his siblings, Robert A. Melton and Evelyn Wikle.
He is survived by: his sons, Adrian Melton Jr. and Randall R. Melton; his grandchildren, Casey Glen Melton, Joe Dan Melton, Adriann Nicole Melton and Keith Melton; and his girlfriend Claudette Brown.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Griffin~hillcrest Funeral Home (1610 C St, Ardmore, OK 73401). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
