He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Earl Higgins and Sandra Jayne Colbert (Autry); and his son Chasen Tucker. He is survived by: his wife Mindy Norman; his children, Parker Tucker and Tiffany Taylor; his grandchildren, Dawson, Trenton and Cara Taylor; and his siblings, Brenda Caskey, Eugene Higgins, Alvie Higgins (Julie), Erick Taylor, Scott Smith (Sara) and Earl Garmon. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
