He was predeceased by: his parents, David Dodge and Opal Dodge (Wallace); his former wife June Dodge; his wife Patsy Dodge; and his grandson Jeremy Dodge.
He is survived by: his sons, Terry Dodge (Loretta) of Ardmore and Mark Dodge (Carla) of Elmore City; his stepson Blant Miller (Cindy) of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Heather Dodge, Casey Dodge (Tiffeny), Chris Dodge, Marcus Miller (Anna) and Morgan Dunagan (Sam); and his great grandchildren, Makinzi Dodge, Kaleb Williams, Kylen Dodge, Caden Pickens and Carter Dodge.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cross Timbers Hospice, 207 "C" Street N.W., Ardmore, OK 73401.
