He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eppie Allen, Sam and June Stearns. He is survived by: his parents, Crystal Stearns (Allen) of Lone Grove and Philip Neil Stearns; his wife Amie Stearns; his son Mason Stearns of Stillwater, Oklahoma; his stepdaughter Kati Morgan; his grandfather Arman Allen (Pearline) of Lone Grove; his sister-in-law Keri Capraro (Shannon) of Chicago, IL; his uncles, Glen Allen (Jackie) of Lone Grove and Barry Stearns (Laney) of Sand Springs, OK; his aunt Joni Brown (Wes) of Norman, OK; his parents-in-law, Mickey and Susan Hart; and his cousins, Tonya Allen, Monica Myers, Whitney Bingham (Seth), Josh Stearns (Stacia), Caleb Brown and Abbie Feliciano. He is also survived by extended family and friends.

He passed from this life on February 17, 2021 at the age of 47 from COVID 19, at OU Medical Center.
