He is survived by: his wife Sharon Davis; his daughters, Christi Acox (Bryan) of Marietta and Erica Werth (Steve) of De Kalb; his stepdaughter Carrie Edwards (Kenny) of Ardmore; his grandchildren, Damien, Jaycee, Jernye, Gracye, Gavin and Hannah; his stepgrandson Bryr; and his brothers, Allan McClendon (Janiel) of Tuttle, Okla, Ricky McClendon (Nancy) of Lantana, TX. and Dennis McClendon (Paula) of Greenville. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
