He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Howard and Georgia Howard; his brother Steve Howard; and his nephew Chad Gragg. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Howard; his daughters, Ginger Cothran (Brian) of Tishomingo, OK and Kim Bazzrea (Janson) of Springer, OK; his grandchildren, Macy Johnson (Lane), Cody Cothran and Hunter Bazzrea; and his sibling's children, Stephanie Norton, Jaren St. Clair, Heath Gragg, Ty Runyan and Taylor Runyan.

The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Berwyn/Gene Autry Cemetery Fund.
